The program is very clearly translational, oriented to promote the meeting between clinicians and researchers to better build together the innovation of tomorrow.<br>The best international immunologists will talk with us about the essential immunological dialogue between the embryo and its mother. Pathologies such as implantation failures, recurrent miscarriages, premature delivery or preeclampsia as well as the impact of environment will be dissected in an immunological light. Fantastic advances allow us to envisage major conceptual changes that will have consequences for tomorrow\u2019s medicine in reproductive medicine, obstetrics and public health. This congress will cover these new fi elds to open the horizon of our medical practices.<br>The national and international committee of the ESRI (European Society of Reproductive Immunology) warmly invite<br>you to the XVIth Congress of Reproductive Immunology. Please come in great numbers !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la premi\u00e8re fois de son histoire, le prochain Congr\u00e8s europ\u00e9en d\u2019Immunologie de la Reproduction se tiendra en France \u00e0 Paris du 29 mars au 1 avril \u00e0 L\u2019ICM. Le programme est tr\u00e8s clairement translationnel, orient\u00e9 pour favoriser la rencontre entre cliniciens et chercheurs afin de mieux construire ensemble l\u2019innovation de demain.<br>Les meilleurs immunologistes internationaux se succ\u00e8derons pour nous parler du dialogue immunologique essentiel entre l\u2019embryon et sa m\u00e8re et des cons\u00e9quences. Des pathologies comme l\u2019\u00e9checs d\u2019implantation, les fausses couches \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, l\u2019accouchement pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 ou la pr\u00e9\u00e9clampsie de m\u00eame que l\u2019impact de l\u2019environnement seront diss\u00e9qu\u00e9s sous un jour immunologique. Des avanc\u00e9es fantastiques permettent d\u2019envisager des changements conceptuels majeurs qui auront des cons\u00e9quences dans la m\u00e9decine de demain tant en m\u00e9decine de la reproduction qu\u2019en obst\u00e9trique ou en sant\u00e9 publique.
